Setup Times for Sponsors, Vendors & Cycling Clubs:
Friday, August 30, 2024; set up 7am – 9am, ride starts at 10am
Saturday, August 31, 2024; set up 5am – 7am, ride starts at 8am
We will be at the same location on Friday & Saturday, Vendors, Sponsors & Cycling Clubs that have setup on Friday can leave their tents, tables, chairs, etc. overnight Friday. Be prepared to re-fold or lower your tent or use sandbags to secure it for an overnight stay. We will clear, close and secure the grounds at 3pm Friday.
Riders Parking Information
Our location has plenty of parking. Riders will enter only at Entrance #1 on the West side. Please take a minute to review the Full Grounds Layout below, be patient, carpool if possible and follow our parking attendants, they will get you parked and ready to ride as quickly as possible.
SAG
(470) 242-8014 is the SAG Support number. We will have over 12 SAG vehicles but please check your equipment, ensure everything is safe, working and that you have a proper size replacement tube for your wheel. A flat tire should not end your ride!!
Sponsors, Vendors & RV’s
Please enter from Entrance #3, on the East side. Refer to the Vendor Coral Layout below for your exact setup location and time. Parking attendants will be available to direct you.
Cycling Clubs with Tents & Trailers
Please enter from Entrance #3 on the West side. Refer to the Full Grounds Layout below for your setup location. Parking attendants will be available to direct you. Once unloaded please move vehicles to the General Parking area.
